Weekly News Journalist Asks?

I wonder how many local jobs there are now compared to 10 years ago on the Weekly No News?

Hard to argue with her there, Oscar.

Purchasing the Weekly News isn't compulsory, if you don't like then don't buy it.

I think the Daily Mail is a steaming turd, so don't buy it out of some sort of self-hating persecution.

Perhaps you could go 'round committing a few murders and torching a few houses and give them something more exciting to write about?

i have written to them telling them to do some investigative journalism and "out" Oscar.im sure tgey would have the resources to do it and that would be a paper worth buying!!

Wow Oscar you do have influence.

Single handedly cause the demise of the of NWWN !!

Really . I suppose that the same blog caused the Liverpool Daily Post to downscale to a Weekly Paper ..
NWWN LDP are the same News paper Group ..

It is pretty obvious the problems lies Solely with the Trinity Mirror Group .

If you keep blaming others, when it is your fault Your problem only gets worse.. and tends towards be terminal

Let's be sympathetic and friendly towards someone who is clearly worried about herjob prospects.

Anyone in the newspaper industry must be, as it contracts.

The point Anon 23 Jan 15.14 made about investigative journalism is very sound. What chance, though, if journalism costs are being cut to the bone.

It's an extremely difficult downward spiral.

Here are a few idea;s for this weeks paper, find out about Taylor and the PIER PAVILLION, FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE Llandudno town manager, find the truth behind yet more delays in the station development, find out why the Arena in Venue Cymru is never used, then we might be interested in buying.

Find out why there is no sign of anything happening at what used to be Woolworths.
